I did a pool to pond conversion about 5 years ago and the person who set up the original infrastructure did it in such a way that it was not well planned. I had Jim come out and do a redesign of bog filters, add a UV and make other adjustments. The clarity improved immediately and it is now set up in a much more efficient and professional way. Jim has been attentive in helping with troubleshooting and servicing to keep the pond looking good. This has greatly added to enjoyment of the pond. Love my pond/wildlife sanctuary in my backyard!

We have a very huge pond and have been using this service for years. Pricing is reasonable compared to other services. If there is ever an issue they are very good about coming out quickly to fix it. Theresa in the office is always friendly and helpful and the manager Paul really knows ponds.

Jim leads a team of the utmost integrity. They get the job done right, the first time (and on the off chance they don't, they'll immediately fix it without charge). When something goes awry, the owner Jim is an honest man who earnestly wants to make things right. Their staff are beyond competent. Would highly recommend for any aquatic, ponds, pools, etc. needs. They were prompt and professional. The supervisor, Paul, came out to assess a problem we were having with our water feature and give us a quote prior to doing any work. Although it was a minor fix, I won't hesitate to call them again and I highly recommend. It's great to have a go to for this kind of specialized work.
